Everyone should be able to learn about a mortgage and reach us, however they use the web.
Our standard
We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page is checked with automated accessibility tests on phone and desktop before it is published.
- Pages work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Headings, labels and landmarks are set up for screen readers.
- Text and buttons meet contrast requirements, and pages respect your reduced-motion setting.
- Calculator results are announced as they change, and every chart has a written summary.
- Pages are light and fast, which helps on slow rural connections and older devices.
Known limits
Some links go to outside sites, like government agencies and our scheduling tool, which we do not control. If something there is difficult to use, we are glad to help by phone.
